Frequently Asked Questions
Your referral reward is processed within 30 days of the referred buyer's closing date. You'll receive an email notification at each stage of the process.
Absolutely. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. In fact, your reward amount increases with each successful referral: $1,000 for the first, $1,500 for the second, and $2,000+ for the third and beyond.
To qualify, your referral must be submitted before the referred buyer's first contact with our sales team. If they're already registered in our system, we won't be able to attribute the referral.
The referred buyer cannot already be an active lead in our sales pipeline. The referrer must be a current or past Red Cedar homeowner. Full terms and conditions are available at the bottom of this page.
You'll receive email updates when your referred buyer schedules a tour, goes under contract, and closes. We keep you informed every step of the way.
Yes. You can choose between a mailed check, a gift card, a charitable donation in your name, or a credit toward home upgrades if your home is still under construction.
