Every Red Cedar home comes with a comprehensive warranty, and we stand behind every home we build. If you are experiencing an issue with your home, please submit a service request using the form below.
What Is Covered
Year 1 (Workmanship): Drywall cracks, paint issues, trim alignment, cabinet adjustments, door and window operation, grout and caulking, and other finish items.
Years 1 through 2 (Systems): Plumbing leaks, electrical issues, HVAC performance, and other mechanical system defects.
Years 1 through 10 (Structural): Foundation settlement, load bearing wall issues, roof structure defects, and other major structural components.
Response Times
Emergency items (no heat in winter, active water leak, electrical hazard): We respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Non-emergency items (cosmetic issues, minor adjustments): We schedule repairs within 7 to 14 business days.
How It Works
Submit your request using the form below. Our warranty team will review it, determine if the item is covered, and schedule the appropriate trade partner to make the repair. You will receive a confirmation email with next steps within two business days.
